At Xautomation you get the support you need when you need it. There are three main ways to work with our support team

Onsite X Support

Get hands-on support in the field or the factory. We started out in the field so rest assured we are comfortable and highly skilled there. 

Whether you need troubleshooting support, site walk-throughs for front-end design, project implementation, commissioning and startup, or periodic maintenance; the Xautomation team is your on-site support team ready to jump in.

For commissioning and startup or troubleshooting: we have developed in-depth procedures that include detailed documentation of loop checks, functionality checks, and startup procedures. We come equipped with all necessary equipment such as HART communicators, DMM’s (with source and sync capability), thermal scopes, medium voltage recorders to monitor power conditioning, Wifi signal test equipment, various signal simulators, and other high tech equipment depending on our scope. 

For site walk-throughs: we send out seasoned reps with tablets (to red-line drawings and take notes), drones, cameras, and a pre-developed checklist to make sure we get everything we need on the first trip.

For startup support, we can provide 24-hour onsite support as your project is coming online to make sure the night team doesn’t encounter an issue they can’t handle.

Remote X Support

Remote support is the wave of the future. We’re not talking about your standard phone support or remote access support solutions. 

The Xautomation team is committed to the safest remote access capabilities to ensure immediate remedies to your biggest automation problems. Our remote professionals use the latest innovations to safely and accurately implement solutions without needing to be on the ground. 

Standard remote access to your control systems is not advisable due to many areas of concern.  Only a fraction of cybersecurity breaches actually make mainstream news and many more go unnoticed for years. Someone who has remote ability to start/stop a motor or open/close a valve who is not onsite has its own issues. There is nothing more costly and dangerous than an after-hours emergency event at your facility. Our Emergency X Support line is always available – 24/7. 

Get immediate, emergency access to everyone in our group. One phone number alerts your entire team guaranteeing you get an answer without delay. 

Our team jumps into action to solve your issue, find solutions, or deliver a fix so you have minimal interruption. We don’t stop until your problem is solved. We also follow up the next day to make sure our solution sticks.

All full service and large project clients get 3 months of free emergency access to our team.
